Refund policy

At Uyir Valam, we take utmost care to ensure that our products are packed and delivered safely.

Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
